"RPI KurskProm" LLC factory has created industrial rubber goods of "screen" series for using at shooting galleries with assault weapon. The factory serially produces these products are manufactured by own Technical Requirements 2500-015-13436288-2015. Industrial rubber goods of “screen” series are classified into:

• interactive screens;

• anti-ricochet curtains;

• ricochet-absorbing floor coating.

Anti-ricochet flooring is used to absorb ricochet of a bullet under 15° angle and protection of floor at the time of shooting from firearm of any type, any caliber, with any level of kinetic energy and shooting speed, depending on the product width.

Anti-ricochet coating of “screen” series of 60mm width consists of highly viscosity wear-resistant rubber. It is used at shooting ranges with assault weapon, the main purpose of the product is the absence of ricochet until the sixth class and absorbing most of energy when the bullet passes through the material.

Anti-ricochet flooring is produced of KP-200 rubber compound in formed way.

The basic colour of anti-ricochet flooring is black. It is possible to manufacture the products of other colours like grey-beige, blue, green, or other colors by consideration with the customers.

The standard depth of anti-ricochet flooring is 25mm, 40mm, 60mm. The depth of the product may be changed by the requirement of customer's technical assignment.

It is possible to produce double-layer or triple-layer Anti-ricochet flooring with 1 face side or 2 face sides with the absorbing layer of black colour. The face layer has more viscous and soft structure that excludes the ricochet and the major layer, made for bullet energy absorbtion.
