“RPI KurskProm” LLC manufactures and supplies Elastomeric Bridge Bearings according to own Technical Requirements 2563-008-13436288-2012, developed in accordance with Russian Standards (Branch Construction Norms 86-83, developed by “SoyuzdorNII” JSC, in cooperation with the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Scientific and Research Institute of Bridges and Flaw Detection of the Federal Agency of Railway Transport"), Industrial Road Guidance Document 218.2.002-2008 “RECOMMENDATIONS IN POLYMERICAL BRIDGE BEARINGS PROJECTING AND INSTALLATION”, FEDERAL ROAD AGENCY (ROSAVTODOR)), as well as by the customer's agreement in accordance with DIN 4141 and EN 1337 standards included in the given Technical Requirements.

The factory produces all-round movable anchored reinforced bridge bearings of three types:

• Anchored with bolts reinforced elastomeric bridge bearing with outside metal plates. Horizontal force is transmitted to the structure via anchor bolts.

• Anchored with spline reinforced elastomeric bridge bearing with outside metal plates and a spline. Horizontal force is transmitted to the structure via spline.

• Anchored with ribbed metal reinforced elastomeric bridge bearing with outside corrugated metal plates and spline. Horizontal force is transmitted to the structure via the corrugated plate.
